Cancelling Your Order

You have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product. If the last day of this period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the period is extended to the next business day.

Cancellation is done using the form below. Fill in the form and submit it — you will receive an automatic confirmation email as proof of cancellation. You can also notify us directly by email at info@crest.fi.

If you have already received the product, please return it in accordance with our refund policy. The returned product must be unused, with its tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. A return fee of €4.90 will be deducted from your refund.

We will refund the amount paid to your original payment method no later than within 14 days of receiving the return.
