Cancelling Your Order

Cancellation is done most easily using our cancellation form. You will receive an automatic confirmation email as proof of cancellation. Alternatively, you can notify us directly by email at info@crest.fi.

We offer a 14-day right of cancellation and return without giving a reason. You may examine the product normally — if the product has been handled more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may deduct a reduction in value from your refund. However, the returned product must have its tags attached and be in its original packaging, and you must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will refund the amount paid to your original payment method no later than within 14 days of receiving the return.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs from outside Finland. You can always reach us with return questions at info@crest.fi.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This is a complaint, not a cancellation, and is handled separately.

Exceptions

The right of cancellation does not apply to perishable goods, custom or personalized products, or personal care/hygiene items whose seal has been broken. We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to cancel/return the item you have and place a separate order for the new item once your cancellation is confirmed.
