ORDERING
When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order, including prices and other info on the products you ordered. We reserve the right to not deliver in case of incorrect stock level, and for any typographical errors on the site.
PAYMENT
CARD PAYMENTS
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Debit Mastercard, and American Express -cards. On our webstore we also use internationally secure services, Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey.
On your credit card bill, Checkout Finland Oy is stated as the receiver of your payment. Checkout Finland handles all the payment data securely and delivers it to the vendor of this webstore. All payment data is handled securely and any info will not be stored or sent into the system of this web store.
When you select your preferred payment method, you’ll be securely directed to the system of your selected payment method. After you complete the payment, you must return back to this webstore. The info on your successful payment is securely directed to our web store. No payment info is ever sent to the vendor of this web store, other than if it’s successfully completed.

BANK PAYMENTS (FINLAND ONLY)
You can pay with all Finnish banks: Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbank, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP-pankki, Säästöpankki, S-Pankki and Ålandsbanken. On your bank statement, you’ll see the payment receiver as “Checkout Finland Oy”.
We’ll forward your payment to the vendor of this webstore. You will be securely directed to your own bank to complete the payment. Checkout Finland offers a possibility to pay with bank transfer, as well.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We try our best to ship your order on 2 - 3 days. When you order, you pledge to the delivery terms. By the Finnish law requirements, you have the right to return the product within 14 days when you’ve received your order, if you for any reason are dissatisfied or wish to file a complaint.
All returns must be made within 14 days after receiving the product.
You must contact the store before making a return.
Custom orders / special orders can not be returned. The product must be unworn and price tags, stickers, original packaging etc, must also be returned. The Customer pays the shipping costs when returning the item(s).
Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. (we abide the Finnish Consumer Agency’s guidelines and laws regarding internet shopping).
When returning the product, you must include the following info:
- Customer number, name, address and phone number
- Copy of the receipt of your order

PLEASE NOTE: We don’t accept any returns made after 14 days of when you’ve received your order. When the return is accepted and processed, the money will be refund back to you.
IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT
If, for some reason, your package is damaged during transition, or for some reason, you receive the wrong product, you must immediately inform us: info@crest.fi
Please note that you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the product. If you don’t inform us within 14 days, you will have to keep the item.
If for some reason your package is damaged during transition, you must immediately inform and file a complaint to the Finnish Post Office.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We will aim to ensure that our website is always available and that the stock levels and information provided is correct. We cannot be held accountable for any downtime that may occur and we cannot guarantee product availability.
In the event that your ordered item/s are not in stock you will be notified by email. If we do not receive a response from you within one week from the date of the email we will cancel the missing item from your order and either ship the remainder of your order or cancel your order and issue a full refund.
PRICES & DISCOUNT CODES
Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice.
From time to time we may run promotional discount codes. These promotional codes are subject to change and availability. They cannot be extended and cannot be retrospectively applied to an order placed outside of the specified discount time. Only one discount code can be used per order.

Unless otherwise stated, all written content and photography on our site is the intellectual property of Crest - PFG. You may save, store and print this content for your own personal and private use. You are not permitted to publish, distribute or reproduce the content for commercial or business means.
OTHER
We have the right to change our terms. The customer has to read and accept the terms with every order. We receive the rights to adjust the delivery, and product rates.
